Based on centuries-old data, defense is related to natural disasters such as the prevention of accumulated disasters in Japan, where many natural disasters occur, knowledge and educational guidance to survive emergencies, supply of essentials and protection of human rights in affected areas. JACE- as part of the humanitarian aid from the perspective of disaster prevention, the aim is to educate the people in the refugee shelter threatened natural disaster assistance program to be extended.
