The United Nations has set an international goal for sustainable development, which includes 17 global goals, 169 achievement criteria and 232 indicators.

It was adopted by the UN General Assembly in September 2015 (Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development)  The Concrete Action Guide for 2030 is shown in the title results document the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), which were targeted to be achieved by 2015, have been inherited.

Goals of SDGs 17

  • To end hunger, improve food security and nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture
  • Ensuring healthy living and promoting welfare for people of all ages
  • Provide inclusive, fair and quality education for all and promote lifelong learning opportunities
  • Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
  • Ensuring easy access to water and sanitation for all and sustainable management
  • Ensuring access to affordable, reliable and sustainable modern energy for all
  • Promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth and full and productive employment and rewarding human employment for all
  • Creating strong infrastructure, promoting inclusive and sustainable industrialization and reform
  • The exact inequality between and within the country
  • Achieve inclusive, secure, resilient and sustainable cities and human settlements
  • Ensuring sustainable production and cost patterns
  • Take urgent action to mitigate climate change and its effects
  • Conserve and use marine and marine resources in a sustainable way for sustainable development
  • Preservation and restoration of terrestrial ecosystems, promotion of sustainable use, sustainable forest management, desert response, and prevention of land degradation and recovery and loss of biodiversity
